Enrollment User Permissions

You must grant the appropriate Enrollment User Permissions to the Administrators who are responsible for Enrollments. You can grant all Enrollment-related permissions by granting the Manage Enrollments User Permission, or you can grant or deny specific Enrollment-related sub permissions as needed.

On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click   on the Users menu to expand it.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Clicknext to an Admin.
  4. Click next to Manage Enrollments to expand the list of permissions.
  5. Click the check box next to a permission to grant it to the Admin.
    or
    Clear the check box to deny the permission to the Admin.
  6. Click Save.

Each permission is described below.

Permission

Description

Manage Enrollments

Grant this permission to any Users responsible for managing Enrollments.

Note: Users will not have access to the Manage Enrollments option without at least one of the View Enrollments sub permissions selected.

Batch Enrollments

Enables Users to use the Batch Enrollments feature. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to use the Batch Enrollments feature because the Enrollment Batch button is hidden from view.

Add Enrollments

Enables Users to add Enrollments on the Manage Enrollments page. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to add Enrollments.

Edit All Enrollments in the LearnCenter

Enables Users to edit all Enrollments (including those that other Administrators have added) in the LearnCenter. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit all Enrollments in the LearnCenter.

Note: You will not have access to the Manage Enrollments option, or be able to see the pencil (edit) button, and you will not see all Enrollments added in the LearnCenter without this permission, View All Enrollments in the LearnCenter, and View Admin Tools.

Edit Enrollment Active/Inactive (This will override the Enrollments permissions)

Enables Users to cancel or reactivate Enrollments for the LearnCenter. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to cancel or reactivate Enrollments.

Edit Enrollment Group Permissions

Enables Users to edit Enrollment group permissions, which allow all Users within a specific group to nominate themselves for Enrollment drop Enrollment or view Enrollment with a higher priority than other groups. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit Enrollment group permissions.

Edit Enrollment Notes

Enables Users to edit Enrollment notes. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit Enrollment notes.

Edit Enrollment Prerequisites

Enables Users to edit prerequisites for Enrollments. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit prerequisites for Enrollments.

Edit Enrollment Roster Columns

Enables Users to edit the roster columns. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit the roster columns.

Edit LearnCenter Group Permissions

Enables Users to edit LearnCenter group permissions. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit group permissions.

Edit LearnCenter Roster Columns

Enables Users to edit the LearnCenter roster columns. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to edit the LearnCenter roster columns.

Edit Users in Enrollments

Enables Admins with the View Enrollment and View All Enrollments User Permissions to enroll Users using the Insert Users button on the View Enrollment Users page. Users who have been granted the Edit All Enrollments User Permission already have the ability to enroll Users, so they will not need to have the Enroll Users in Enrollments User Permission. If you deny this permission, Admins with the View Enrollment and View All Enrollments User Permissions will not be able to enroll Users using the Insert Users button on the View Enrollment Users page.

Insert Notes Into Enrollment Roster

Enables Users to insert notes into the Enrollment roster. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to insert notes into the Enrollment roster.

Remove Enrollment Prerequisites

Enables Users to remove prerequisites for Enrollments. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to remove prerequisites for Enrollments.

View All Enrollments in the LearnCenter

Enables Users to view all Enrollments that all Administrators have added in the LearnCenter. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to view all Enrollments that all Administrators have added in the LearnCenter.
Note: If you only want Admins to view the Enrollments of which they are Administrators, grant the View Enrollments (described later in this table).

Note: Users will not have access to the Manage Enrollments option, or be able to see all Enrollments added in the LearnCenter unless you grant this permission and View Admin Tools.

View Enrollment Group Permissions

Enables Users to view Enrollment group permissions. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to view Enrollment group permissions.

View Enrollment Notes

Enables Users to view Enrollment notes. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to view Enrollment notes.

View Enrollment Prerequisites

Enables Users to view prerequisites for Enrollments. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to view prerequisites for Enrollments.

View Enrollment Roster

Enables Users to view the Enrollment roster. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to view the Enrollment roster.

View Enrollments

Enables Users to view the list of Enrollments for which they are Administrators on the Manage Enrollments page. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to view a list Enrollments for which they are Administrators on the Manage Enrollments page.

Note: If you want Administrators to see all Enrollments added by all Administrators in the LearnCenter, you must also grant the View All Enrollments in this LearnCenter permission described earlier in this table.

View LearnCenter Group Permissions

Enables Users to view LearnCenter group permissions. If you deny this permission, Users will not be able to view group permissions.
